Local 5089 Reaches Tentative Agreement with Rutgers

Today, the NJ Assembly Health and Senior Services Committee voted to send to the full Assembly A647, a bill which mandates safe staffing ratios and acuity systems in hospitals, ambulatory surgery facilities, and certain DHS facilities. The bill is co-sponsored by Assemblypersons Moriarty, Eustace, and Sumter.
