Local 5103 Membership and “Redline” Ratification Meeting on January 15
2016 was an exciting but challenging year for our local. The national addendum we negotiated along with 4000 Red Cross Union Members from all across the country included strong benefits and a dramatic improvement in our health insurance, but the redline process for reconciling our national and local contracts has been a challenge. We now have a negotiated settlement for you to vote on January 15th.
