October 1 – October 31
- For those interested in changing their health plans as per your recently ratified contract, you will have to make the change NOW during OPEN ENROLLMENT.
- For those who presently have a PPO and plan to continue with it, there is nothing you need to do.
- For those who have presently have a HMO or High Deductible plan, and want to switch, you have until OCTOBER 31, 2019.
- If you presently have Aetna HMO, it is being discontinued and you will be defaulted to Horizon as of January 1, 2020, unless you make any changes.
