Local 5105 Ratification Vote: September 3 & 4

AAA, the American Arbitration Association, will be conducting our Ratification vote.  The emailing of voting instructions and Personal Identification Numbers (“PINs”) will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 6:00 A.M.  The online and telephonic polling is set to begin on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at, at 9:00 A.M, and conclude on Friday, September 4, 2020, at 3:00 P.M.

Voters with missing PINs will be directed to request replacements by calling AAA Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. This number is to be utilized only for PIN requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing to Sacha Ulerio at [email protected].  Voters are asked not to call prior to September 3, 2020 9:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for the delivery of all emails.  Your vote is confidential.

If you do not see the email on Thursday morning, we recommend doing a search using the term “American Arbitration Association”.

Please RSVP for the General Membership Meeting taking place on September 3, 2020 at 8am, 430pm and 8pm. We will review the full tentative agreement which you will be voting on.
