Local 5030 Membership Meetings via Zoom, May 5

We will be holding membership meetings on Wednesday May 5 at 8am and 8pm. Please use the zoom link below to get on one of these important meetings. You will also be receiving an email from the AAA to conduct a strike vote which we will talk about at the meeting. This does not mean we will strike we just need your support and to pressure Palisades who have failed to address our health & safety concerns, staffing issues and patient care along with pay. HMH also are still proposing eliminating floating districts and have flexing. Our contract expires on May 31. We hope to see you Wednesday.

Strike Vote Instructions

The job action authorization vote will be run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Voting will be anonymous, no one will know how you vote. You will be able to vote online or by phone.  AAA will be emailing you all information.  Voting is Thursday, May 6th, 2021 7:00 a.m. and end Friday, May 7th, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.  If you do not receive an email from AAA by Thursday, May 6th, 2021 by 8:00 a.m., you may contact AAA and they will assist you with missing PINs.  You may call their Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This number is to be utilized only for PIN requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org.
