Local 5103 Presidents Election Update

The election has begun for HPAE Local 5103 RN and Technical Presidents. The election is being overseen by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Ballots were mailed to all members in good standing on Friday, October 14, 2022. You must be a member in good standing by that date otherwise you are not eligible to vote. The deadline for receipt of ballots is Monday, November 7, 2022, 9:00 a.m., to be counted. Any ballots received after that date will be void. The counting of ballots will take place on November 7, 2022 at the offices of the AAA located at 120 Broadway, New York, NY.

Voters with missing or damaged ballots will be directed to request replacements by calling our Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This number is to be utilized only for duplicate ballot requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org. Voters are asked not to call prior October 21, 2022, to allow sufficient time for the delivery of all ballots
