STAFFING RATIOS FOR ALL BARGAINING UNITS

HMH rejected our staffing ratios and had no interest in hearing us out when it comes to staffing ratios. We know staffing ratios work and we need ratios now!

The Union presented your economic proposals today across the table.

  • Across the Board raises for all and increase in merit pay for each year of the agreement
  • Improved Health and Safety Language
  • Increase shift diff
  • Increase on-call pay
  • Increase for charge pay
  • Increase in 401K employer contribution
  • Increase preceptor pay
  • Critical shift bonus for extra shifts worked
  • Remove all flexing language since we have a staffing crisis
  • Bilingual fluency diff
  • Perfect attendance bonus
  • Increase tuition reimbursement
