STAFFING RATIOS FOR ALL BARGAINING UNITS

Management made us aware today that they were unprepared to discuss staffing ratios because the CNO could not be on.

It is clear that we need to make our voices heard at the table. Tuesday, April 30th, please join us at the Marriott in Teaneck (100 Frank W Burr Blvd, Teaneck, NJ 07666). We need to make it clear to management that staffing ratios work and they cannot continue to avoid the issue.

On ESL, management came back to the table and rejected our proposal on telehealth.

Instead of addressing the issue of staffing, management suggested restricting movement on job vacancies. Members would have to stay in their current position for 12 months before moving to a new job title or department.
