HPAE is encouraging every member to attend the upcoming ratification meeting to vote on the tentative terms of the new contract.
Management offered the same 3% across the board that non-union employees will receive; they proposed this to replace our guaranteed contractual 2.25% merit increase.

The Nominations/Election Committee announces that there are five Local 5131 officer positions that are up for election this year. Nominations for these positions are currently being accepted by the nomination committee.
