Local 5621 Negotiations Update, April 19, 2022
We met with management for our 2nd bargaining session today. Inspira gave their proposals and responded to ours from last week. Inspira’s proposals include:
- the ability to involuntarily float you to all Inspira campuses
- make-up weekend callouts within the next scheduling period
- change per diem hours requirements
They did not respond to economic issues, however, we anticipate receiving their wage counters soon. We will continue to work hard as your bargaining committee focused on retaining and recruiting nursing staff.
