HPAE Negotiates Recognition Bonus for Members
HPAE Local 5030 Palisades Medical Center, Local 5097 The Harborage & Local 5138 Southern Ocean Medical Center Negotiate Recognition Bonus for Members
HPAE and HMH have negotiated a bonus program (Hero Pay) for all members in recognition of their efforts during this time. The Recognition Bonus Program includes the following components:
- 1% across the board recognition bonus increase to base salary for all members
- .5% additional across the board recognition bonus increase to base salary for all those front-line clinical team members who were eligible for surge pay
- These recognition bonus increases will be effective May 17th and be first seen in the June 5th.
- HPAE is still requesting retro pay on the raise to March 2 when this crisis started.
