What We Won

TA Highlights:

  • 2 percent increase for all RNs retroactive to July 4th
  • One additional personal day per year
  • Provision that disciplinary occurrences cannot be use for progressive discipline after 18 months
  • Additional staffing language that highlights the need to take acuity into account when staffing the units
  • Changes to the Grievance and Arbitration procedure that make it easier for our Union to file and process grievances
