Tentative Agreement Reached on Wage Increase: Please attend the meeting
On February 17th, 2022, the Local 5105 Negotiating Committee and Virtua reached a Tentative Agreement on the 2022 wage increases. The Negotiating Committee recommends that the members vote to ratify the agreement with Virtua. We will review the tentative agreement in full detail and answer all questions on Wednesday February 23, 2022. We ask you to join us on a Zoom meeting prior to the Ratification Vote.

Ratification Voting Process
AAA, American Arbitration Association will be conducting our Ratification vote. The emailing of voting instructions and Personal Identification Numbers (“PINs”) will take place on Wednesday February 23, 2022 at 6:00 A.M. The online and telephonic polling is set to begin on Wednesday February 23, 2022 at 9:00 A.M, and conclude on Thursday February 24, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. Results will be downloaded by AAA at the conclusion of polling.
Voters with missing PINs will be directed to request replacements by calling our Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This number is to be utilized only for PIN requests. Members may at any time also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org. Voters are asked not to call prior to February 23 at 9:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for the delivery of all emails. Your vote is confidential.
We will post the full agreement at https://www.hpae.org/local/local-5105/ on the day of General Membership/Tentative Contract Presentation and Ratification vote.
