Local 5105 Post Ratification Survey

Although we were able to secure some important wins in our recent contract, we did have more NO votes than in previous contract Ratification votes. We are putting out this survey because we would love to hear from members as to why this was the case, and to start the process of building our Union so that we are even stronger as we work to enforce this contract and build towards our next contract fight in 3 years.

Please take the time to fill out survey so your union voices are heard! We also would like to see greater union participation building up to our next contract campaign! Let us know how you want to participate in your union!! We’ll discuss the results of the survey and our next steps as a Union at the next membership meeting.
