Sept 15 Meeting with HR and follow-up
As you may know (since many of your paychecks on 9/1 and 9/15 were not correct), Rutgers botched hundreds of employees increases in both the 9/1 and 9/15 paychecks.
Due to the hundreds of pay increase errors, our union met with Rutgers HR on Friday 9/15 – they made a pledge
- all pay increase issues would be resolved in the 9/29 check
*we can already see this won’t be the case and are following up - they would provide the union with a report on 9/20 so we can see who was affected and how they will remedy each situation
*we are reviewing these reports and sent them a list of clarifying questions, i.e. how are they calculating retro pay for each fiscal year
Look out later this week – after the 9/29 check goes live, we will send out a form for people to fill out online.
