Local 5118 Negotiations Update – Cooper’s initial proposals
Our second bargaining session was on March 13. Cooper presented their initial set of proposals. We questioned each of those proposals. Please keep in mind, this is their initial set of proposals.
They did agree to one of our proposal which reads: When the RNs required holiday shift falls on a weekend, it shall count toward their holiday and their weekend shift requirement.
***We made this proposal because it is not done consistently across the house.
Our next bargaining session is March 20 at the CCBO in Camden.
