Nominations for the local 5118 officer elections are now open (deadline is 12/10)
The Nominations/Election Committee announces that there are seven (7) local officer positions that are up for election this year. They are President, 5 Vice Presidents and Secretary/Treasurer. The job descriptions and duties of these officers can be found in the local’s constitution and by-laws. The nomination/election committee is currently accepting nominations for these positions.

Term of Position: January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023

NOMINATIONS DEADLINE: Nominations must be received by 10 am on December 10.
ELECTION DATE: Ballots to be mailed to all members in December. Candidates may be present for the mailing of the ballots. Please advise the committee if you wish to be present at the mailing of the ballots. If it is an uncontested election, the committee will cast one ballot on behalf of the slate, in which case no ballots will be sent. Candidate must confirm nomination was received by December 1 to assure name appears on ballot.
ELIGIBILITY: Any HPAE Local 5118 member in good standing is eligible to run for office
